Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. You may choose to exchange for the same item or products of equal value, send us an email at ainacare.kauai@gmail.com

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded your original payment through its original method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
